What time can I arrange a home / business visit?

My broadband is not working can you help?

Yes we will visit to check your broadband and internal phone line wiring so you can get the best speed for your installation.

What areas do you cover?

Our normal area is 30 miles radius of Turriff, however due to word of mouth advertising we have many customer in other areas.

What is your hourly rate?

We do not charge by hour, we charge by job. As we have no shop / office unit we do not have the overheads incurred and can pass the saving on to our customers.

Do you have a call out charge?

No

Do you have a standing charge just to look at PC?

No

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

We prefer to see what the problem/job is before we advise price.

What does remote support mean?

If you have a computer problem but can still connect to the Internet, you can download team-viewer. This means we can see what your looking at on your computers screen and we can move your mouse. The connection can be terminated by you at anytime by clicking the terminate now button.

We do not ask for any information except your first name to identify you on our remote support list and an email address to send payment details if required. We will not use your email address to contact you with any other offers/marketing/services or pass on to any third parties
